Odesbud
The main construction objects engaged in by the Odesbud company include the following:
- One-story residential buildings with different number of rooms, made of large expanded clay concrete blocks, as well as individual brick residential buildings;
- Multi-storey residential buildings with a height of 10 to 16 floors, erected from expanded clay concrete wall panels and products produced at the house-building plant;
- Construction of objects of education, culture, life, health care, health care, trade, including kindergartens, schools, hospitals, cultural centers, cinemas, shopping centers, shops, polyclinics, maternity homes, telephone exchanges and by others;
- Industrial construction, including industrial factories, administrative buildings, with the simultaneous construction of engineering and treatment facilities of industrial enterprises;
- Construction of utility facilities, such as heating stations, boiler rooms, transformer substations, main water supply and sewerage networks, heat lines, sumps, reservoirs, sewage treatment plants, filters, overpasses, street and intra-district roads.

Odesbud is one of the oldest construction companies in the city of Odessa, Ukraine. The company was founded in 1957 and since then has been actively involved in the development of the residential and commercial sectors of the city.
The history of Odesbud is inextricably linked with the history of the city itself. - Specialized management for the mechanization of construction production, which includes cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders and other mechanisms;
- Specialized factories for the production and supply of metal structures and products;
- Automobile enterprises for the transportation of people and goods.
